Need to return an item? To return an item just log onto My Account and submit a request with the details in the form. We will send you information on how and where to send the returns. When packaging up your return please make sure you include all of the parts in the parcel and for the environment where possible try using the packaging, we sent you.

 

General Rules for a successful Return:

 

  • The return should be done within 7 days of receiving the product

  • In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.  

  • Certain Products would not be allowed to be returned due to hygiene issues, please check the production information for the return policy of the products  

  • In certain cases we may ask for proof of damage, you would be required to provide the same  

  • In the case that the product is damaged, the return charges would be paid by us and in all other cases, the return charges would need to be paid by the customer  

  • Wrong Delivery - (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered): We send all our products through Tracked Courier Service. 'In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for us to investigate.' If the issue is on our side we will arrange for the item to be sent again or provide you a refund if we are out of stock. 

 

Returned Products would be checked for the below refund:

 

  • Complete Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

  • Damages: There should not be any ware and tare due to usage or intentional damage  

  • The package should be returned in original packing where ever possible 

 

Cancelation: -

You can cancel any time until your order is marked as shipped. If cancelled any time after this, you would be required to return the item at your own expense, and shipping charges would not be refunded.

 

Refund: -

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.
